Partners for a Healthy Community (PHC) is a collaboration between the Homewood Community and the University of Pittsburgh supported through a grant from the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).

WHAT IS OUR OBJECTIVE?

We have one collective objective: to connect with, listen to, and understand the health concerns and healthcare needs of the Homewood Community.

WHO ARE OUR PARTNERS?

Partners in Homewood include the Homewood-Brushton YMCA, Operation Better Block, Alma Illery Medical Center, and most importantly YOU!

Partners at the University of Pittsburgh include the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, the Community Engagement Center in Homewood, and the Healthy Lifestyle Institute.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU. You can help by taking our brief survey and by participating in a conversation about the health concerns and healthcare needs of the Homewood community.
